The role you will play

As a Project Manager, you will report directly to our Operations Manager. Your job will be to ensure our team accomplishes our monthly objectives on schedule and under budget. This will entail managing our Project Pipeline and using various communication channels.

What you will be responsible for

• Help keep our team focused on task priorities and update project progress with our Project Pipeline.
• Facilitate our weekly team progress sync to update task statuses and flag project blockers.
• Work with the team members to update stats and update our processes via our internal wiki
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to refine our Project Management processes

How you qualify

• Ability to work in a hybrid workplace environment (SF Bay Located)
• Track record of Project Management experience with Asana, Trello, Airtable, Monday, etc.
• Impeccable organization, communication, time-management, and note-taking skills
